Mousses
Our mousses are varied and easy to make. Their light and airy texture complements their delicate flavours: they can be basic or subtly flavoured or fruity such as hazelnut, strawberry, nougat, chocolate and praline.
Excellent texture
Our mousses look excellent as part of a buffet and come in a wide range of flavours and textures (either smooth or with fruit pieces).
Rich in fruit:
We prefer to use natural fruit, coconut and nougat powders which refine the character of our mousses and give them that great home-made taste. We also use freeze-dried pieces of fruit to bring a real fruity flavour to our fruit mousses.
