PNNS 3 recommendation


 

Healthy eating has become an essential part of everyone’s life. We choose to follow the recommendations of the Plan National Nutrition Santé (National Nutrition and Health Plan) to determine the best ingredients to use.

Our objective is to:

  • increase the amount of fruit and vegetable in our recipes,
  • remain delicious while reducing sugar levels in our cooking ingredients,
  • limit the use of animal fat in favour of unhydrogenated vegetable fats,
  • reduce the level of salt in our products.

The health of our consumers is of the utmost importance to us.
